Pick Party collects the following information to provide our services:

• Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account
• Profile Data: Optional profile picture you choose to upload
• Device Information: Push notification tokens and platform type (if notifications are enabled)
• User Content: Your picks, predictions, chat messages, and game participation within the App
• Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases and subscriptions, managed through RevenueCat and linked to your account
• Preferences: Notification settings, timezone, and sport preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing and maintaining the Pick Party service
• Authenticating your account and keeping it secure
• Sending push notifications about games, picks, and group activity
• Processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions
• Displaying leaderboards and group statistics
• Improving our services based on usage patterns

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Pick Party does not collect:

• Precise location data
• Contacts or address book information
• Financial or payment information (transactions are handled entirely by Apple)
• Health or fitness data
• Browsing or search history
• Analytics or advertising data

Pick Party does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Third-Party Services

Pick Party uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Cloud database, authentication, and file storage
• Apple: In-app purchases, push notifications, Sign in with Apple, and App Store services
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management and subscription tracking. Your account identifier is shared with RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. We do not share your data with any advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating the App (as listed above)
• When required by law, legal process, or government request
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Pick Party, our users, or the public

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, including your profile, picks, chat messages, and device tokens, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

Pick Party is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at cole@pickparty.app and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the “Last updated” date.
